Absolute fraud! This shopkeeper sells defective products and makes false promises of customer support just to close the sale. The moment they get your money, their attitude changes — they won’t even speak to you with basic courtesy. Don’t waste your hard-earned money here. I was cheated, and I’m writing this to make sure others don’t fall into the same trap. A truly pathetic and disgraceful experience. Reply to owner’s reply below I haven’t been able to use the chandelier even for a single day since purchase—it never worked! It’s convenient to dismiss it as a wiring issue, but multiple experts and repair technicians have confirmed that the real problem lies with the driver. Instead of addressing that, you kept handing me a cheap 1-foot LED strip, which costs next to nothing compared to the driver. You must also understand that your customers don’t all live around Lohar Chawl. People travel from across MMR and even outside to buy from there. I live in Thane, and it takes considerable effort to bring the chandelier all the way to your shop—something I’ve already done twice. Each time, you kept me waiting for 2 hours before giving a temporary “solution.” It ruins the entire day. As for my reviews, I will continue to share my experience because I don’t want others to waste their hard-earned money on a defective product that brings nothing but financial, physical, and mental stress !!
