Very unprofessional there is no negative star option in Google so giving 1. I bought 71000 rs electrical material from this store for my new house installation which is located out of Mumbai. The LED tubelights 15 nos (warm colour) I took from this store but upon checking in my house it was very yellowish colour, as it was out of Mumbai and my house work was going on from base to 1st floor lastly I have done electrical installation. I opened 6 lights but the colour was too much yellowish, so I bought 9 packed tubelights and 6 open tubelights which were in total new condition for replace to take cool white colour tubelights, but these guys are very unprofessional they are telling we cannot accept your product because it passed 25 days. I told them I am not returning the product I just want replacement with cool white colour but they denied. If a person is taking 71000 material from you mentioning that it's for house renovation then it's understandable that it will take time for installation, so I told them OK don't give me replacement for 6 lights as it was open box but at least provide me replacement for 9 remaining box which are seal pack non opened. I kept yall 15 tubelights there and came out of the store it costed around 1950 for that tubelights, I purchased new tubelights from other shop. Very unprofessional for that big store if you want your customers come back then u should be flexible in all terms don't show your rudeness to customers after selling your item Allah don't like rude person and also told to give big hand if you are shopkeeper if you want barkat in your rizq. I have kept all the lights in their store and moved out. Fear Allah for your tradings don't go for money always. For every one don't buy from here emyas store if you want too many items for home renovation or building, one two pieces is OK buying from them.
