Do not join. Save your hard earned money. Not recommending at all to anyone. Claim to be a luxury gym but if there are less people in the part of the gym where you are, they'll turn the AC off. They will hide the remote such that you can't turn it on. Mid workout you feel warm that's when you will know. Then you have to plead with 5 people for them to turn the air con on, behaviour such it's an obligation. Dirty, hot, not clean, don't come

Hygiene is a big issue. Bench covers are soiled with other members sweat. Management finds it difficult to enforce members to use decent gym towels. Outdoor area construction work going on perennially since months leading to a lot of dust, mosquitoes and hygiene issues. Something which can be easily completed within a months time has now been going on since 6 months plus. Shows how lightly the management takes its members. They have sold memberships since past 1.5 years promising excellent outdoor facilities Changing rooms stink all the time and nothing done to resolve this. For a gym claiming to be premium, one visit to the changing room in evening should be enough to shatter the premium myth. The management and owner is visible hyperactive and in full strength every month end to meet closing sales targets. Its ridiculous how easily the owner and management think they can escape responsibility, after promising the world at the time of selling memberships. Being in business since 30 years myself, I can foresee these guys shutting down in near future if they continue this clownery in the name of Sanctum Welness

Very disappointing experience overall. For the amount of money they charge, the basic standards of the gym are extremely poor. The AC is frequently not working, which makes it very uncomfortable to work out. Cleanliness and maintenance are also a big issue — mats are often dirty, equipment is not maintained properly, and even basic machines like the weighing/BMI machine remain broken for long periods without being fixed. The changing rooms often have a bad smell and clearly need better upkeep. What is more frustrating is the attitude of some staff members. When members raise genuine concerns, the response is either dismissive or no action is taken at all. It feels like feedback is simply ignored. Right now, it feels poorly managed and not worth the premium they charge.
