I ordered half kg malai pedas via Zomato but they delivered...

I ordered half kg malai pedas via Zomato but they delivered some other pedas that were cylindrical, long , yellowish in shape, plus sugar coated. I complained to Zomato and Tewari Brothers multiple times , but they kept saying they have sent the correct product. We have ordered flat white malai pedas multiple times in the past. My friends have ordered them too. But maybe because it was not in stock, they delivered some other pedas. They are not willing to exchange nor refund either. This is cheating customers . A brand like Tewari Brothers Mithaiwala.. loved by someone many has now damaged their image with this instance.
