I recently visited The Spa 🧖♀️ at J W Marriott and it was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, I felt all my stress melt away in the serene atmosphere. The massage was truly an out-of-body experience, and I felt so relaxed and refreshed afterwards. There are several services included from Facial, Body, and much more. I went to their Signature Full Body Massage spa service. The back massage was an epiphany. The staff was incredibly attentive and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. Run down and old. The changing rooms aren’t equipped with bathrobes or slippers, let alone attendants. Robes smell of old oil. The treatment rooms have no ambient music just the rattle of the AC. Treatment was good but isn’t enough to make up for the run down facilities. Over all definitely not a luxury or 5star experience one hopes for from the brand. Shows that the management is very lax, especially the spa manager who didn’t even bother to ask for feedback after being informed of the state of the changing rooms aren’t equipped well

I highly recommend this spa for massages! I had 30 minutes back and neck massage - followed by 60 minutes Abhyanga, and it was perfection beyond words! Mahima applied strong pressure where it was needed, and soft movements for relaxing my body. Highly professional massage and kindness of the therapist - 5 stars!
