Utterly disgusted by the appalling level of service and complete lack of professionalism. A 10 minute promise was met with 45 mins of waiting, zero communication, and then simply TOLD to leave. No update, no meaningful apology, no attempt to accommodate the delay, and no effort to find an alternative solution after 45 minutes of waiting - simply casually and dismissively TOLD to leave. They lack the basic standards of accountability or customer care.
