In today’s world, there are so many people you can pay to listen, but finding someone you genuinely connect with is what really matters. Seher at HUM Counselling has been that person for me! She helped me reconnect with myself, rediscover self-love, and gently work through anxiety and difficult situations, including navigating conflicts! What I appreciate most is how safe and comfortable her sessions feel. I never felt judged or rushed, just heard and supported. That sense of trust made it easier to open up and actually work through things. I’m truly grateful for the space Seher created and highly recommend HUM to anyone looking for a space that feels safe and filled with love!
