Very bad customer care Maaria was very rude in the Juhu wellness forever branch. They over charged me for my medicines. I paid 200rs extra. When i pointed out the MRP she started arguing & screaming at me as if it was my mistake.

The service here is just pathetic. 1. They have very few employees to address the customers. Sometimes we have to keep waiting for our billing process. 2. They pressurize us to give phone numbers for billing (sometimes we buy regular products and not medicines). Asking for the phone numbers is just out right breach of privacy and there are other people around who might misuse the phone numbers. 3. The store is big but what baffles me is that they don't at all keep change. On 27th December I wanted to purchase a product and gave Rs. 500 and the unprofessional,hardly trained cashier rudely told me there was no change. He was rude and had no manners on how to talk to people.He literally was outright rude. This is not what one expects from a retail outlet. Please keep change in your shop. Customers can't always use UPI or cards. The disrespectful behavior was really shocking and very hurtful. Totally unprofessional behavior from your store personnel. 4. Medicines are always out of stock. The simplest of simple medicines are never available. Please improve your store management or shut the shop!
