FRAUD ALERT OMA Living - This is beyond unacceptable. Order #18465-SO, placed on July 9th, is still unresolved. One item was never delivered, another arrived damaged and after nearly two months, I'm still chasing your team for a basic refund of 2,664. I've had to share my bank details THREE times and yet there's been no refund, no apology, no accountability. The 697 store credit offered (without my consent) doesn't even cover the value of the missing and damaged items and forces me to shop again from a brand that has already failed me. Your emails go unanswered, WhatsApp messages ignored and calls unreturned. Where is the leadership in this company? Charu Munjal (Founder) and Mahendra Singh Bhadouria (CEO) are you aware that your brand is failing customers so consistently or do you simply not care? Just look at your own social media it's full of similar unresolved complaints, showing a pattern of negligence and zero customer support. This entire experience has been disgraceful and unworthy of any brand, let alone one that claims to be "premium."

They are selling cheap chines products at the premium price I brought a soap dish for 9999 which got rusted in 3 months and store manager says it happens. They only make a fool of you there products are very cheap even chines products are better quality and durable don’t buy anything from OMA it’s better to buy from Alibaba it’s better

Extremely disappointed with the service here. Customer care team doesn’t respond to calls Or messages. In-store team is also not helpful in absence of the online team. Ordered a few things and they delivered a wrong product which I hadn’t ordered and now confirms there is no return for it. On the whole, a very bad experience. Would never visit to get a product or to gift one either.

SCAM! I've had the worst experience with Oma Store. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, I've only received automated responses. They've failed to deliver on an order and refused to provide a refund. Unacceptable customer service and a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. It’s been 6 months of trying to chase their “customer service” team for a resolution!
