We had a very disappointing experience with this clinic. Despite paying ₹2,50,000 in full, my brother’s treatment has been ongoing for over 2 years and is still incomplete. There was an initial delay of almost 2 years just to place the teeth. Now, when the teeth have finally been placed, the size is clearly inappropriate and uncomfortable. Even after raising concerns, the clinic has failed to provide a timely appointment. We are now being asked to wait another 2 weeks with no confirmed doctor availability. This level of delay, mismanagement, and lack of accountability is completely unacceptable, especially after full payment. We expected professionalism, but unfortunately, the experience has been extremely stressful and disappointing.
