The place stinks of a synthetic perfume. I am a regular shopper there. I have requested several times to switch off that scent. It all over kn the clothes also . Almost had an allergy attack with that air freshener of 3rd grade quality they use. The brands are good but experience horrible. Pls improve on your air freshener. It's toxic.

I have had consistent bad customer experience at the juhu store. The range of products and brands are amazing but the service and quality of staff is abysmal. Rude , uncourteous and lacking in basic knowledge of product. What is the point of having luxury goods if the experience is so bad. I went in to buy high end makeup and perfume but walked out of the store and got it online on Sephora instead. Really disappointed

We have been regular shoppers at the Juhu outlet ever since it began. After recent renovations, it was not a fun experience at all. Very fancy ambience, which is lovely. But only pricey brands everywhere. Shoppers Stop used to be the common man's shopping paradise. Clothes, accessories, everything is now highly priced and not for middle class working people's budget. Even the choices available in terms of sizes, colours, are very limited. The earlier vibe was cozy and had tons of budget friendly options. Am sure they will see reduced footfall now on. Sad to be losing our favourite haunt.
