Products used to be great at one point and the service, specially at the Palladium outlet. Now the girls try to cut short on all requests and then call fitting perfect despite issues. Very poor customer service. Not ok at all. Gone down the drains for the last few years. Reshma particularly has a very poor attitude, raises her voice after sales has happened and customer has any alteration request, and Simran too not having any sense of decision making or customer care. Not upto the mark of the brand anymore. Fabrics are good but tried so many times they’ve lost their shine. Overall poor quality.

I had a gift card and when I visited the store to check the balance the lady at the till first said her servers were down. After 10 minutes she said the card had zero balance. When I insisted she check again, she said maybe the card takes 24 hours to activate! I spent 30 min at the store trying to verify the balance. I had to call the person who gifted the card and to her embarrassment, she had to call the store and insist that the card had INR 25,000 on it. They finally verified the same. I spent 40 minutes at the store with three really inept people. What a horrible experience!
