One of the worst dining experiences we’ve had in a long time. To begin with, the staff was extremely discourteous, lacked basic empathy, and had absolutely no understanding of hospitality. We asked for a Paneer Sizzler in black pepper sauce. The waitress first informed us that the sauce was discontinued because they use chicken stock in it. Fair enough. She then went to check with the kitchen and came back saying they could make a vegetarian version — BUT if “anything goes wrong,” they would not take it back and we would still have to eat it. Seriously? Who speaks to customers like that? What kind of hospitality is this? Why would anyone say something so bizarre to hungry guests trying to place an order? Then another male waiter came in and confidently said he “guarantees” it would be made properly and that we should order it. At that point it honestly felt like some strange game was being played with us. Since we were already hungry, we went ahead and ordered a Paneer Shawarma and a Paneer Shashlik Sizzler. The Paneer Shawarma was unbearably salty. When the waiter came to ask for feedback, we politely mentioned it was far too salty. His response? A smile followed by: “Idhar aisa hi banta hai.” Unbelievable. Then came the sizzler. While it was generally edible, two pieces of paneer were clearly stale. When we informed the staff, they simply ignored the issue and picked up the plate without apology, concern, or even acknowledgment. Poor food, terrible attitude, zero accountability, and absolutely no customer service. Definitely not a place we would recommend or revisit.

Great brand. Convenient location. The Tomato Basil Soup was extraordinarily sweet. Defying our experiences of over 6 decades of having this soup across the globe, the staff insisted that its normal and despite offering them to taste it they were adamant that there was nothing wrong with it. The chicken teriyaki rice with chicken was well cooked. The sauce distinctly sweet- Odd. The veg lasagna was tolerable but the 2 of us had just one spoon each. Finally ordered dessert only to be told that there is only 1 portion of truffle on Thursday at 2pm. DEFINITELY NEEDS SOME SPRUCING OF THE PLACE. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. In contrast Aromas at Powai is million points ahead, without exaggeration

I love this outlet of Aromas Cafe .. I think they are best in Mumbai City. Food Is amazing and quick Service . I have tried many dishesh here .. If you are vegetarian then try their One pan garlic Mushroom with Protein punch salad .. Amazing combos. Also Veg Submerian sandwitch is amazing too. If you are non vegetarian then go with Non veg Quesdillas or Any pizaa. I would highly recommend this place .

I recently visited Aromas Cafe and had a really nice experience overall. The service stood out right from the beginning.. my server was very polite and welcoming, and she helped me get seated comfortably. I started with a fresh lime fizzer, which was honestly perfect for the crazy heat.. super refreshing and well-balanced. Then I tried the chicken tenders, and they were surprisingly really good.. crispy, flavorful, and a great choice. Later, I ordered a pasta from the menu. It was decent, but I did feel like it could’ve had more veggies to make it better. That said, the overall experience was great.. good vibes, good service, and some really enjoyable dishes. I’d definitely visit again to try more from the menu!

I went for breakfast. Open sour dough salmon and avocado toast was average, sour dough was chewy . Cold Coffee and Cappuccino was also regular nothing exceptional so was the mango smoothie bowl ( expected alphonso at Rs 419 but it was badaami mango!). In healthy Breakfast ,Mushroom toast was the best -crispy and fresh . Over rated according to me . This place can be crowded, right across Dmart Powai and Hiranandani circle .
