Very Bad, Highly UnProfessional and Extremely Rude experience from one of your employees. Fire him immediately. He shouted "HE IS WASTING HIS TIME" by trying to find an emergency medicine for me just because it was 20 mins ahead of his working time at night. Please read for whole context : On 31st March 2026 I called twice during the day to confirm if a regular medicine I take from here is available to which he said "yes, we have it in stock" and when I went there just 10-15 minutes ahead of closing time, he very unprofessionally said that they don't have this medicine when on call he had confirmed twice that it was there. When I had asked for delivery, he had rejected since it was not available and asked me to send someone to collect it but when I myself came to collect, that too from afar he kept on back answering me when it's his mistake. It was so rude. Such a pathetic experience and such a pathetic communicator. Zeno health this man single handedly insulted your reputation and since he has a hurry to go home, please directly send him home he is behaving very rudely with customers. This was on 31/3/26 around 11 pm at Vile Parle East Nehru Road branch. Kindly check your records who was working late at night and take strict action. Your customer service has degraded a lot. I will never buy from this place just because of this pathetic rude man.
