We shifted around 21 Aug from bandra to jogeshwari these guys behaved very professional when we were booking words were like - "kuch nahi hoga items ko sab aaram se poach jaega meri guarantee" but when these people came they almost came without major packing item with them then we shouted them so they bought small bubble wrap and 2 more small boxes still boxes were insufficient so they took our curtain and bedsheet to put clothes in it but with clothes they had put drill machine in it and they had no tempo with them they had done porter for shifting we have to wait half hour on road waiting for porter tempo due to so mismanagement item got damaged mainly cupboard and washing machine while shifting our Aquaguard got broked we have to replace pipe lock which cost us another (850/-) and drill machine (2100/-) was in open accessable curtain which was placed by them when we reached out house and started unpacking drill machine was missing with major parts we complain to packer and mover but still no reply from them not even picking our phone it's just an eye opening for everyone mostly 5 star are faked review . HE WAS NOT PICKING OUR PHONE WE MESSAGED THEM AND ALL CAN SEE HIS REPLY IN ATTACHMENT TELLING LIES AND TELLING THINGS LIKE TUMNE KISKA BURA KIA HOGA ISLIYE TUMHARE SAATH ESA HO RAHA HAI MEANS HE TOOK THE WORK DAMAGED THINGS AND NOW TELLING TIT FOR TAT TO US LOL WERENT YOUR WORK WAS NOT TO SHIFT THINGS PROPERLY ? HE ASSURED US HE WILL SEND 4 WORKERS BUT ONLY 3 CAME AND 1 WAS HANDICAPPED AND UNPROFESSIONAL . BOOK ON YOUR OWN RISK.

Very horrible experience. Boys were very unprofessional, don't know basic of caring for household items. Guthka chewing boys spitting in building premises. Damaged glass items carrying in plastic washing tray.I have to pay fine of Rs. 5000/- to the Society for their behaviour. It cost me very heavily . To save some money I lost money and my household items. Never go for such people.
