Bad experience with them, We purchased 2000 ltr water tank from Ramdev Ceramics and the company name of the tank is Simplex. The warranty period is still active, it is of one year and within 4 months the water tank burst naturally, today ( 29/07/2022 ) simplex company person visited and telling us that warranty is not applicable on a construction site which was new for me, we would have agreed if informed early but now no one is ready to take their responsibility in terms who's mistake it is. We understood that Ramdev Ceramics and Simplex both did fraud with us and took our money. By giving false promises and selling products is clear called cheating so I would suggest all not to buy anything from them.
