I book A Flat in your project in 2018 and paid 90% of payment still waiting for possession when I actually received possession of said Flat. Or as per loan/ sale agreement can I cancel my booking and avail my refund with interest

Please see my flat pics They will not tell you about building ÖÇ No demand letter acknowledgment But will add interest on that without customer knowing Very pathetic and worst experience
