I would like to raise a complaint regarding my recent experience. There was no one available to take orders, and it took around 15–20 minutes just for someone to attend to us. After placing the order, the food took another 30–60 minutes to arrive. The service was extremely disorganized, and the staff behavior was very unprofessional. Even when we called the staff multiple times, they ignored us and walked away without responding properly. I have never experienced such poor customer service before. The onions served were of very poor quality, although the roti was very good. However, overall the experience was highly disappointing because of the staff’s attitude and lack of coordination. I visited your restaurant the day before yesterday, but after this experience, I do not think I will visit again. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the service standards, because if guests are ignored in this manner, it will affect customer satisfaction and business in the long run

Amazing experience at Amar Restaurant in Wadala! The food was absolutely delicious and the service was outstanding. The staff was very friendly, polite, and attentive throughout. A perfect place to enjoy good food with family and friends. Highly recommended!

Tried the chat and dosa . Chat was yummy and I enjoyed it . The sambar with the dosa could've been better. I tried the noodles dosa. Followed it up with a jelly fruit salad dry fruit ice-cream which was yummy and satiating. The food quality is good and so is the place. Will definitely comeover to complete the items in the near future

It's a nice vegetarian restaurant. The pav-bhaji and chhas were fresh and tasty. The service was quick and good. They also serve South Indian cuisine, Chinese food items, and chaat items.

The most ill mannered staff has been hired at this restaurant. They need serious training about how to treat and talk to a customer. On a hot summer day in mumbai, walked into this restaurant to take a parcel back home. My mom was like let’s have a glass of falooda while we wait. So I asked the person at the counter to add that to the order and give me with glass of falooda at the restaurant. This guy told me to go outside the restaurant and drink this glass since price of the glass of falooda was different in the parcel menu. I was like I very clearly told him that I would like to have the drink while I was at the restaurant and this disrespectful staff asked me to step out of the restaurant and drink it since hence made the mistake of punching in the parcel pricing for the falooda. I asked him is this how you guys are trained to talk to your customers who visit you ? He said since he punched in the parcel rate for the drink I and my mother had no right to stand inside the hotel to drink it. This was the first time I experienced such dis respectful behaviour from a restaurant manager. I’m hospitality business first thing to learn is to be kind to your clients. Or just like today you lost a customer in my and my mother ….you will keep losing out on the count… no body wants to eat at a place where respect for customer is least of their priority.
