His hand is very heavy. Not comfortable or light like it should be for a dentist. Also, doesn't make the patient feel comfortable, rather tells them that they are sensitive. As a dentist and a doctor he should rather focus on improving his skills and how to be delicate when dealing with someone's mouth and body tissues rather than put it on the patient. I genuinely hope that he takes this feedback in a positive way rather than be egoistic about it. And he genuinely continues to improve himself and his patient care 🙏🏻

Walking into a dentist’s clinic is usually scary—because tooth pain is honestly one of the worst kinds of pain. But the moment you step into Dr. Hitekshi Rajgor’s clinic, the feeling is completely different. There’s an instant sense of comfort and warmth, like you’re in safe hands and nothing will go wrong. Dr. Hitekshi is extremely sweet, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She takes the time to explain everything—from walking you through your X-rays to even using a set of teeth to explain exactly which tooth has the issue, what the possible solutions are, whether a treatment is truly required, and how to maintain good oral hygiene at home. Nothing ever feels rushed or unclear. I visited her for a wisdom tooth removal, and mine was a particularly complex case—the tooth was deeply ingrained into the root and, as she mentioned, a rather rare one. Despite this, she handled the procedure with such expertise, calmness, and care that the entire experience felt surprisingly smooth and normal. What truly sets her apart is her post-surgery care. For almost a week after the procedure, she personally checked in with me—morning or evening—to see how I was doing and whether the pain had reduced. That level of care is rare, especially from a dentist. She also focuses on simple, effective aftercare—saltwater gargles, compressions, jaw-opening exercises—rather than pushing unnecessary medications or products. She is kind, compassionate, and genuinely cares about her patients. Her team of two is equally warm and welcoming—always smiling, always helpful. The overall aura of the clinic is so positive that it doesn’t feel like a dreaded dental visit at all. I’m truly grateful to Dr. Hitekshi for my wisdom tooth removal and for being such a kind, loving, and skilled professional. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for not just a great dentist, but a genuinely caring human being.
