Had a really good experience with KARMA IT HUB at Lamington Road. I went in with some confusion about what I actually needed, and he patiently explained everything in a simple way. Instead of pushing expensive parts, he helped me understand what would work best for my use and suggested the right options. The pricing was very reasonable, and I honestly felt I got the best deal for the configuration. Completely satisfied with the overall experience. My recent experience with this store(Karma IT Hub) was extremely disappointing and completely avoidable. I purchased a custom PC worth ₹94,000, and at the time of purchase, the store staff never informed me that GST was not included. Only after the payment was completed, I was suddenly told that I must pay an additional 18% to receive a GST bill. This is misleading, unprofessional, and unethical. To make things worse, I even have a WhatsApp chat where the staff clearly says “18% lagega for GST bill” — AFTER the payment was already done. This proves everything: No transparency at the time of purchase Crucial information hidden by the seller Attempt to add unexpected charges later The owner later resolved the issue when I contacted him directly, and I appreciate that — but the damage is already done. If the owner is not present, customers are left at the mercy of staff who don’t communicate properly and try to surprise you with extra charges afterward. WARNING for future customers: Before buying anything from this store: 1 -Confirm clearly whether GST is included 2-Ask the final amount including all taxes 3-Don’t rely on verbal promises 4-Take everything in writing or WhatsApp When you're paying yuor almost one lakh hard earned, rupees, you expect transparency, not last-minute shocks. This experience has made me lose confidence in their process, and I genuinely hope the store fixes these issues.
