*Professional Consultation & Great Customer Support – Thank You Anas !* I first came across one of your reels on my feed, and after checking out your page I really loved the work you and your team were doing. That’s what made me decide to visit the salon and get my hair coloured. The consultation was great — Anas took the time to educate me about the process and helped me understand what would suit my hair best before we started. The entire colouring process was done with a lot of patience and effort. Anas and his team are truly hardworking and sincere. I did like the colour initially, but it wasn’t exactly the shade we had discussed. I didn’t mention it the same day thinking I would get used to it, but after a couple of days I still wasn’t very confident with the shade. So I messaged Anas and explained my concern. He immediately asked me to come back to the salon, patiently explained things again, and understood that I preferred a slightly darker tone.
