Before starting, he patiently listened to my requirements, understood exactly the style I wanted, and also suggested a few improvements that would suit my face shape and personality. His attention to detail, confidence, and professionalism were truly impressive. Throughout the service, Kalpesh ensured that I was comfortable and kept checking if I was satisfied with the progress. One of the most pathetic salon experience ive had They put up a poster outside saying mens haircut at 99 and then when you get the haircut they say its 200 because you asked for a slightly different style and not a normal haircut They said its called terms and conditions, but no one mentioned this and they did not present anything about the rate card or anything like that The price difference wasn’t something of a lot but misleading price left me with a really bad customer experience. Male haircuts never charge different for different styles but these guys will tell you this during the payment and not before the service. I would prefer other salon and pay extra like 250 300 for a haircut but the pricing should be transparent and not hidden behind terms and conditions
