I went to buy Lenovo Laptop charger. I asked if they have the charger. Front desk Mr. Kamlesh said yes they have. I then out my laptop to check the charger and said i will check the charger on my laptop. The person said checking will cost 100 rs./- i told him i have never heard this that checking a product when buying is charged. He said seems you have never gone out to buy and kept arguing that 100 rs will be charged, giving me tough looks. I said ok since i needed to buy and do not want to go to another store which is far off He was sensing my situation that i will not go without buying and kept his demand of 100 rs. A rude behavior to deal with customers. Finally after payment for charger and buying the charger, i did not pay 100 rs. to get it checked. When i was about to leave, he offered to check the charger, which he could have done without so much arguments and without tricking me to pay 100 rs. PLEASE BE CAREFUL AND DO NOT GET TRICKED TO PAY 100 RS. FOR CHECKING A PRODUCT, WHICH NO OTHER STORE DOES. HOPE LENOVO COMES TO KNOW OF SUCH PRACTICE BEING FOLLOWED ON THEIR PRODUCTS.
