I could give -ve reviews if possible. We got our furniture from this store. 1. They delayed the delivery too much 2. Promised a 5 year warranty and good quality work 3. It was pathetic quality please don’t buy anything from here We wanted white colored bed frames and almirahs they suggested us a white matte sheet. But hardly within 2 months of using all the dirt marks on white furniture are non removable! It has become a nightmare, we spent rs. 2,00,000 on this and the quality it pathetic. Mr. Abdul and irshad have been stalling us for months now on getting it cleaned but neither the marks are getting removed with thinner nor with any kerosene oil nor soap nothing!! It is useless. We have wasted our money. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT BUY FROM THESE FRAUDS!

UPDATE: BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK FROM THIS STORE. Take a note of the below 4 points 1. NO AFTER SALES SUPPORT, been following up with Amaan, went to the store on 3 occassions too. False promises and stories made up 2. POOR QUALITY WOOD USED, my support frame broke in 6-7 months 3. DENSITY OF FOAM ISN'T AS PROMISED, sitting area is already sinking and touching the wood. Was supposed to be a 40 density for sitting. 4. NOT A MANUFACTURER, JUST A MIDDLEMAN. The store outsources to the shops in behind lane, they only are the middlemen. There is no customer update during manufacturing. After spending 50k with such a store. Did not expect such bad service. Look at the picture for poor quality of wood and also the cheating of the foam. ---------_------------- After a few months; issue is not being fixed. Everytime i was told that the wood is fine and it won't break, was also assured they cover a warranty. In my 5th month of ownership itself, the wood frame is now broken. Just not the experience i was looking for. If you reading this, save money and go someplace better. The true experience comes after usage, not just by looking at the looks. The sales coordinator contacted on ny previous post, but never resolved the issue. Feels like it was mainly done to only get me to change my review rating from one to four. Edit: My issue was highlighted to my sales coordinator and we are working towards resolving the issue Final update will be posted after query is closed. So far my experience moving to 4 stars as i see proactive efforts towards resolving the issue.
