Complaint Regarding Short Fuel Dispensing Today morning at 9:58 AM, Date(04/06/2026) I visited this petrol pump to fill fuel in my vehicle. I paid ₹350 for petrol. However, after checking the fuel level, I noticed that the quantity appeared less than expected. When I requested the staff to verify the bill and dispensing details, it was found that only ₹250 worth of petrol had been filled instead of ₹350. This indicates a shortage of ₹100, which is a serious concern and appears to be an attempt to cheat customers. I request you to thoroughly investigate this matter and take strict action against the responsible staff. Such practices damage customer trust and should not be tolerated. Appropriate corrective measures should be implemented to prevent similar incidents in the future, and employees involved in such misconduct should be removed from service.

I need action Third class experience. I got Xtra refilled and requested bill with vehicle number printed as we need to show that in office. The guy said normal milega mujhe nahi aata print karna. Others were waiting in queue. Later when he tried to put in vehicle number digits in machine , the number buttons were bot working. Finally when I said give me hand written bill, he said I dont have pen. What the hell is this. Now in middle of all this, the riders waiting in queue had heated argument with me which was unbearable and I said its NOT MY MISTAKE I COULD. One of the fueler fueled my activa while I was being seated, I then asked him if he closed the lid he quoted " ha ha bhau me kela" now when I reached my home, I smelled petrol and when I checked the the fuel lid I saw that it was literally left open, how pathetic, like it wasn't even partially closed, he just left the lid on the hole and the petrol was split all in the drain hole of the fuel lid, I'm a regular costumer of this fuel pump but this experience isn't what i expected from them, also not to mention their free air isn't free, they charge 10 rs per two wheeler as you'll pay in the local puncture shop, it ain't a wonderful experience for me atleast! Kindly improve
