I moved into Omkar Ananta recently after living in Raheja for 4 years and having seen Omkars Alta monte property thought Omkar Ananta would be of the same caliber.. but I am very disappointed with everything in this society be it the security, admin, management everything is just a let down.. Starting with the cleanliness in the society no matter how many pest controls they do thr are always small cockroaches and other insects crawling arnd. Then coming to the noise arnd the society - it's always noisy cos it's in middle of the market and next to the slum, some one is always having loud speakers on in the area either shouting on the mike for no reason or playing music.. no peace at all!! Let's talk abt the security in the building - they have the so called my gate app which is jus for namesake and is not monitored properly at all.. jus in the matter of the 1st 2 months of moving into the society thr has been a break-in/theft in my house something which i have never faced after living in Mumbai for so many years but for the 1st time in this society I had to face it, which means someone can jus enter the building not be noticed and an entry had not been done of that person opened the door with a key which god knows how they achieved as I jus moved in and literally hadnt even given the address or key to ne one I know other than one or 2 family members, after all this the owner and management only questioned me that I made a mistake and washed their hands off the entire incident while not showing any concern on my safety whatsoever!! They only said go file an FIR and the police did a minor investigation as thr r no cameras on each floor and cameras are ONLY till the lift area so they had to close the case.. now finally after 25 days the society gives me the lift footage for that week when the incident happened and asked me to go thru it!! I have never seen such poor handling of such a big incident whr no one shows any concern or any kindness towards a single girl staying in the society. Moving in to this society has jus been such a let down for the 50k rent u pay u dont even get the basics.. the society is jus filled with students who r weirdos roaming arnd in the society, thrs jus no class in the crowd living in this place.. I am very sorry to say that I moved into an Omkar builder property with high hopes but it's all jus a big let down!! I have lived in smaller societys than this and never faced such issues.. neway all I want to say is it is really not worth the 50k rent u pay here!!
