I cannot thank my dermatologist enough for the incredible care and treatment she provided. Around 3 years ago, I was suffering from a severe skin issue (Urticaria), and within just 2 days of her treatment, I started seeing amazing results. Since then, she has become our family dermatologist, and we trust her completely. Every skincare product she recommends has worked wonderfully for us. She is truly a gem of a doctor — highly experienced, knowledgeable, kind, and extremely friendly. She patiently listens, understands the problem, and gives the best treatment with genuine care. We always feel comfortable and confident under her guidance. Highly recommended to anyone looking for an expert dermatologist who genuinely cares for her patients. am extremely disappointed with my experience with Dr. Krupa Ajmera Modi. On 21/05/2026, I visited the clinic for removal of moles on my face, neck, and back. The assistant carefully counted the moles and showed them to the doctor before providing a treatment package of ₹10,000, which I agreed to based on the assessment given by the clinic. However, on the day of the procedure, while I was already in the treatment room, Dr. Krupa informed me that I had "too many moles" and that the cost would now be ₹15,000. This sudden price increase after the package had already been agreed upon was unexpected and unprofessional. To make matters worse, after starting the procedure, I was informed that not all the moles would be removed during the session. The reason given was that removing all of them at once could create "body heat," and that the remaining moles would need to be removed after 7 days in a second session. This was never explained during the initial consultation. At the time of payment, the assistant further informed me that the doctor had instructed them to charge an additional ₹600 as a consultation fee, on top of the revised ₹15,000 procedure charge. Changing the agreed price on the day of treatment, not clearly explaining the treatment plan beforehand, and adding extra charges at the payment stage is not fair to patients. Transparency and clear communication are essential in healthcare, and unfortunately my experience lacked both.
