I had a very disappointing experience with Kimaya Consultancy regarding my sister's child's birth certificate work (adding the child's name and correcting father's name) They initially promised to complete the work within one month. However, after taking the payment, there were no proper updates or communication from their side. I had to follow up multiple times just to get a response, and even then replies were delayed and unclear. Three months passed without any completion of the work. While they eventually refunded my money, a significant amount of my time was wasted. For me, time is more important than money, and this delay caused unnecessary stress. In my experience, a professional agent should provide timely updates and respond to calls, but that was lacking here. I was informed that visits were being made to the BMC office for my work, but I could not verify any progress during this period. Just used my money for three months and not done any work and refunded. This review is based entirely on my personal experience. I hope it helps others make an informed decision.
