Pathetic service and zero professionalism. These people don’t even know how to talk to a customer or how to sell their product. I wanted to purchase 10 Philips lights for my home, but the person on WhatsApp didn’t even bother to reply properly. Whenever he did reply, the answers were completely irrelevant. When you call them, they don’t pick up, and if they do, they simply say “we’ll call you back” and then never do. I wasted 3 days just following up. They told me the product was available, so I said I would visit the shop. But when I asked whether the product was actually in stock at the shop — no reply again. After checking the reviews online, I realized that their after-sales service is even worse, so honestly I’m glad I didn’t end up buying anything from them. People like this seem uninterested in doing business at all. If you don’t want to sell, just say it instead of wasting customers’ time. Worst experience. I strongly recommend not wasting your time here.
