Very pathetic management. The only good part was MAK Sir – he was the only reason for my better grades in 12th and JEE. Apart from him, none of the faculty were good enough (and as far as I’ve heard, MAK Sir doesn’t teach anymore). I even tried connecting with the management, literally begging them to kindly change the irresponsible faculty, but there was no response. I asked for some doubt-solving lectures to clear my doubts, but they completely ignored me and even threatened me on calls, saying, “What can you do?” Their app is also pathetic. After their update at the end of 2023, it became even worse. Tests used to automatically end, and when we asked management to fix it, they accused us of trying to cheat. Later they said we’d be given regular tests, but told us not to come to class and instead give tests on the app. But whenever we opened the app, there were no tests available. When we tried calling or messaging, no one would pick up or reply. The head of the branch kept changing every month, and every time they had new excuses. Especially Shubham Sir – he literally used to threaten me on calls when I continuously asked about updates regarding the doubt solving lectures. I hope there was a star less then 1 All of this after paying lakhs.
