We booked an outstation cab for the Mumbai – Trimbakeshwar – Shirdi – Mumbai route. Overall, the experience was satisfactory, with a few areas where the service can improve. Positives: The driver arrived exactly at the requested pickup time. The cab was clean and in good condition. The rates were reasonable compared to other available options. Areas for Improvement: The cab should ideally be fully fueled (CNG and petrol) before the trip begins. Starting a long-distance journey without adequate fuel planning caused unnecessary delays. The planned route is approximately 540 km according to maps, but our trip ended at 618 km. A major reason appears to be the driver's need to frequently go off-route in search of CNG. We visited around 9–10 fuel stations during the journey, which added extra distance and travel time. More importantly, some acknowledgment of these inconveniences from the management would have been appreciated. Instead, the concerns were largely defended rather than addressed. The trip was comfortable overall, and the service was good. A little better trip planning and a more receptive approach to customer feedback would make the experience much smoother.
