The laboratory is clean and well-maintained, but the staff service is disappointing. The staff members are very slow and do not seem active or concerned about patients. Even basic tests take unnecessarily long to be completed. Better staff management and quicker service are needed to improve the overall experience. Very poor management and highly disappointing service. We were given a 3:00 PM appointment, yet the doctor assigned for the test had still not arrived. Patients should only be called once the doctor is available instead of making everyone wait unnecessarily. Even after taking appointments in advance, there is no proper queue management, and many patients are left waiting for long periods. The delays are excessive and the staff does not seem concerned about patient inconvenience. The reception staff is least bothered and appears inactive rather than helping manage the situation. The patient display/TV system is also not working properly. Even after completing three tests, it continued showing that my test was still ongoing for more than 15 minutes. Overall, the experience was extremely frustrating due to poor coordination and lack of professionalism.

Today, I had complete my ECG in this lab. It is a very well-maintained center with a friendly and comfortable atmosphere. The staff behavior is highly professional, supportive, and polite. They completed my test quickly and efficiently, and the entire process was smooth and well-managed.
