The store may be quite popular in Ghatkopar, but my experience did not match the reputation. The clothing collection felt very average and lacked the trendy, fashionable, or Instagram-worthy styles one would expect. Even after several months, the collection seems largely unchanged. The customer service was equally disappointing, with staff often engaged in their own conversations in front of customers and reluctant to show more than a limited number of options. They also did not appear to understand the difference between party wear, heavy occasion wear, casual outfits, and trendy styles, making it difficult to find suitable recommendations. Overall, I expected a much better shopping experience in terms of both variety and customer service

This place is in a bylane and you can easily miss it. But if you manage to find it then you better be ready to spend. The collection of shoes for girls and boys is fabulous, sales staff a bit rough but will constantly nudge you if you want to look for something else. Then you end up buying 2 pairs instead of one. Loved the overall collection and billing process. You pay and the bill is directly sent on WhatsApp. No paper bill
