I am extremely disappointed with Lenskart. I bought glasses worth ₹4000, expecting good quality lenses, but within a few months of normal use, the lenses developed multiple scratches. The quality is clearly very poor. What’s worse is the staff’s response—instead of helping, they simply said “scratches happen when you use glasses”. This is completely unacceptable. If regular use causes so many scratches in such a short time, then what is the point of paying a premium price? There was no proper solution, no replacement, no responsibility taken. This shows a lack of professionalism and customer care. I would not recommend Lenskart to anyone looking for durable and quality eyewear.

I am extremely disappointed with the service. There was a complete lack of communication, and I was never given a clear delivery date for my glasses. I had to visit the Lenskart store in Colaba four times, which was very frustrating. Honestly, it would have been better if I had gone to a local optical shop instead. Because of this experience, I will advise my family members to cancel their memberships. I am glad I am not a Lenskart member, as the company does not seem to understand how to maintain good customer relationships. 😡😡😡😡😡
