Update: Shortly after I posted this review regarding staff behavior, multiple new reviews appeared specifically praising the staff. Instead of addressing the concern, this raises questions about how patient feedback is being handled. Today we visited Dr. Hemant Khemani’s clinic for an appointment scheduled at 12:00 noon. We reached around 11:45 am. As we were having difficulty locating the clinic, I called the clinic number for guidance. Instead of helping, the receptionist spoke very rudely and said I should not call again and again as she was busy, which was extremely unprofessional. I was calling for a genuine reason, not unnecessarily. When we reached the clinic and asked how many patients were ahead of us, the receptionist was unable to give any clarity and bluntly said she could not say anything and that we would have to wait at least 45 minutes as the doctor had just arrived. Her tone was arrogant and dismissive. We waited patiently until 1:15 pm. After repeatedly asking, the doctor’s assistant finally informed us that there were five patients before us. Despite this, other patients and even people for interviews were being sent in between, which made the waiting experience very frustrating and poorly managed. What made the situation worse was that I had a senior citizen with me they were above 80+ but the staff was so rude with them too ;i havent seen such pathetic staff in any clinic such a hopeless staff. The receptionist remained busy on phone calls and did not attend to patients standing at the counter, even for basic billing.. The staff lacked basic courtesy and sensitivity towards patients. While after complaining them that how can they make wait the patients inbetween and take the interviews they were not bother at all...almost the majority patients were senior citizen how could they behave in such way ....... While I have no comments on the doctor’s medical expertise, the clinic staff is highly unprofessional and needs serious training in communication, patient handling, and basic empathy. I highly recommend Dr. Khemani to appoint sensible staff who understand how to speak to patients respectfully and behave professionally.

Unfortunately we have not had a good experience with Dr Hemant Khemani. The clinic staff is highly unprofessional and has zero accountability. They provide an appointment at a 6.30pm and ask you to wait endlessly even after confirmed appointment time. They would take patients randomly at will. They simply refuse to provide a wait time update and when asked they have no courtesy to reply with a solid answer. We waited till 9.30pm just to see the doctor. We emailed the reports as requested but received no response for a week. We had to followup multiple times just to get our reports reviewed. They asked us to come in-person to get the reports reviewed and repeated the same wait time game again. I have never seen such unprofessionally managed clinic till date. It is not like this is a chariry-run clinic. They simply do not feel responsible towards the patients and have no respect for their time. I strongly recommend Dr Hemant to hire professional staff to manage their clinic better. While his line of treatment and diagnosis would be good, I'd personally not consult him again nor will recommend him to friends and family purely due to such terrible experience.
