I had a very bad experience at the Jariwala Lab, Dahisar West branch. I went there for a blood test, and the lady who took my sample did not even know the basic procedure, such as how to properly tie the tourniquet before drawing blood. She inserted the needle twice, and that too very badly, which caused severe pain and injury to my hand. When I raised the issue, the staff casually mentioned that she is a senior, showing no concern at all. This is a matter of patient safety—anything serious could have happened. Even now, my hand is swollen and painful. Due to this irresponsible and unprofessional behavior, I would never recommend Jariwala Lab to anyone.
