I’M WRITING THIS IN ALL CAPS SO THAT EVERYONE WHO EVEN CONSIDERS ORDERING FROM THEM WILL NOT An order for 20 people was discussed and pricing finalised after giving a discount. The person attending to us Sagar by name (dark guy, not racist specifically mentioning so that you know him as soon as you see him) This guy informed us that we could confirm and pay one day prior. When we went to pay and confirm the order 24 hours prior he said a discount is not possible just because we informed him that they shouldn’t charge for delivery because it’s was less than 1 km. The issues are listed below: - Sagar acted oversmart and tried arm twisting at the last moment by refusing to give a discount he had previously committed to saying that he had given one dish complimentary (which wasn’t informed earlier, he himself mentioned it as a discount) - 1 day prior he tells us that he never gave a discount it was the complimentary dish that he deducted from the total mrp - He told us that the T&C mentioned on their leaflets are outdated and they charge for ALL deliveries now How does a business keep outdated leaflets with misleading information and when we brought it up he casually says that the xerox guy has the older version He refused to accept that he himself gave a discount and did not mention that a dish was given complimentary Even though the FINAL total was more than what was enquired for, he still did not give the very sale dish complimentary as he had committed to earlier When I mentioned that this is wrong, misleading and cheating as we have to hunt for alternative options at the last minute he says you can go with Zomato or Swiggy PLEASE DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER EXPRESS CATERERS THERS IS A MUCH BETTER OPTION - OLIVE CATERERS
