We have visited the place many times, but we haven’t had such bad experiences here. The food was not at all fresh and the server and manager were least interested when we complained about the food they just denied and said our food tasted like this. We asked them to change the food or substitute the dish. The quality of this places have dropped very badly and I would not recommend coming to the restaurant

Good food time with family. A rare Chinese restaurant with "pure veg" options. The food quality is excellent. Staff service is very good. The people are very polite and patient. They bought the food on timely basis and served also nicely. One thing I found wierd is that they take payment only in cash. No cards no UPI.. found this strange in today's time. Even small stalls accept UPI. Of course they mite have their reasons but I saw it written when we visited. This mite not be permenent

I have been dining here since Day 1 of its opening since i stay around. However over the years the quality of the food has degraded. Expanding their menu and introducing variety of other cuisine had impacted the taste of the Chinese dishes. Had ordered fried rice and it felt like sticky rice and tasteless. The hong kong rice had too much of spices which ruined the actual taste. They are overwhelmed by the demands and unable to cater to everyone on time. Hence no more focus on customer service. What disappointed me the most is if you ask for regular drinking water. They have only chilled water which is purified, if you want a regular room temperature water, you have to pay for a bottled water. When i highlighted this issue to the manager he casually said “sab jagah aisa hi hota hai” Hence, do no fall for the hype anymore. THEY ACCEPT ONLY CASH PAYMENT !!
