The Worst Experience of Unity Travels, they should change the name of bus from Bus to Unity Truck Service. They treat passenger like pickingup Animal in their bus. No Time Punctuality, No Proper Behaviour. Goverment should put them in bars even their bus also. Is Bus main Jane se achha Auto se chale jaye to bhi achi service mile

Very bad experience. Bus is dirty. No curtains are there. No lights are there. No show stand is there. When I complaint about such matters, the person named Tejas was very rude. He said talk to the person who through whom you booked. Still charging higher than other buses. I hope I could give 0 starts.

Worst travel experience .....with this travels they said they will drop in 3 hrs to pune but for for 2 hours they made passenger sit in bus just to bus get full.....neither give respect to passenger

The Drivers are unprofessional, the conditions of the bus is far far worst than shown in the pictures. The amount the charge is way higher as compare to the service they provide. They have nothing to do with customers satisfaction. Worst bus service ever experienced

They book tickets under the name of Unity, but take us on a poorly maintained, substandard bus. It was a terrible experience. It would be better to book with Anukul or Harimadhavan instead.
