Had a bad experience. Untrained staff used the wrong...
Had a bad experience. Untrained staff used the wrong cuticle nipper, causing a deep cut and heavy bleeding. The manager just applied antiseptic and turmeric and left everything to the same untrained staff.

I would say, my hair look absolutely great after a hair wash and haircut provided by Sunita ma'am and her team. I can still feel the volume in my hair and lenght.
