I had an extremely upsetting experience at Omkar Pathology Blood Collection Center, located at Jagerdev Compound, Kajupada, Borivali (East). My 11-year-old daughter was taken there for a blood test, and shockingly, the technician pricked her multiple times just to collect the sample. This kind of negligence and lack of basic skill is absolutely unacceptable, especially when dealing with children. To make matters worse, even though the test was done over a week ago, my daughter's arm is still in pain.
