I would like to raise a complaint regarding the behaviour of the clinic staff during my recent visit. While I was making the payment, a technical error occurred from the system side. During that time, instead of calmly assisting me, the staff repeatedly insisted that I show screenshots and kept questioning me in a way that felt disrespectful and accusatory, as if I was trying to avoid payment and leave without paying. I understand that verification is necessary, but the manner in which I was treated was uncomfortable and unprofessional. Patients should be spoken to respectfully, especially when the issue is due to a technical error and not intentional. I request you to kindly look into this matter and ensure that patients are treated with proper courtesy in the future.
