Too bad system management. When I asked for doctor availability then they said yes and asked me to come but when I reached their asked again then they didn't said anything. Waited in the queue for 20mins and then they said doctor left just know. What the hell this system...!! Irresponsible and the queue management is not proper as anyone comes in middle and says it's their turn and the receptionist even answers them leaving you. I will never visit again....!!!!!

Hi, so I have been visiting GSBS Medical Trust at Mahim for the treatment of Supraspinatus muscle injury. Here I happened to meet Physiotherapist Dr Neha Arora. To begin with she is very friendly, she assessed my problem and started me on IFT treatment and as the pain settled after 4 sessions, she started with strengthening exercises for my shoulder. And within a span of not more than 10 sessions, I am so much better. Prior to the treatment I could not drive an automatic car or even a 2 wheeler, or even do my workouts. Today with her guidance, I could resume my routine activities without any stress. Thank you Dr Neha and thank you GSBS Medical Trust for having such a great team.

Have been visiting this GSB medical trust Dadar East for months now and not once have the doctors visited on time…. It’s is extremely in professional for all d doctors to give a specific time and come an hour post the given timing …. Every individual spares time for their hectic schedule to visit and this is the outcome… the last time we visited we had called and after reaching the hospital were told about the doctor not visiting… please value other people’s time and ask your doctors to be a bit more professional

Dr.Vibhavari Mane is very nice Dr. bcoz she always take care of the patient, even after her duty hours she will call the patient n ask about the health of the patient , her soft nature always makes the patient very much comfortable. i was suffering from very serious tooth pain n was not able to eat anything , but after taking treatment from Dr. Vibhavari Mane i have recovered a lot n my tooth is much better than before......all thanks to Dr.Vibhavari Mane.
