I purchased a 6x4 executive sofa from Lucky Interiors. At the time of booking, Mr. Khan showed me a pink sofa and I explicitly confirmed that colour. However, when the sofa was delivered it was a completely different colour. Mr. Khan first insisted that the two colours were the same and only appeared different because of lighting — despite the photos I took at the shop under the same lighting that clearly show the difference. After I pointed this out, Mr. Khan agreed verbally that if the colour was different he would replace the sofa. We returned to the shop and showed him the photos and the delivered sofa; he agreed to give replacement options. The next day he refused to replace the sofa and again argued that the colours are identical. He never informed us before delivery that the chosen colour was unavailable, and he changed his position repeatedly. This is unacceptable service. I paid for a specific colour and received a different product without prior notice. The salesperson’s contradictions and refusal to honor his promise to replace the sofa have caused unnecessary time, travel, and frustration. I do not recommend Lucky Interiors until they improve transparency about stock and treat customers fairly when mistakes happen. If you are ordering a specific colour, get written confirmation and insist on a replacement guarantee in writing before delivery.
