Zero star. Bad products. No finishing. Delayed delivery. Not taking calls and fighting over it when confronted. Even blocked my husband’s number for a few days to avoid answering. There are plenty other shops around the same area. So save time and peace of mind and skip this shop. Don’t be fooled by a few five star ratings. Must be paid.

Beware before you order something from here. My experience I was suggested this place by my rental home broker and this was disastrous for him as well 1. I ordered a bed, metal & wooden cupboard, sofa. 4 items. When I had ordered on 2nd April, I was told that I will receive the metal items in 2-3 days, wooden cupboard and sofa in 7-10 days. 2. While my order was confirmed I did the biggest mistake ever, paying upfront the whole amount. 3. In a week I got my first metal cupboard, then started the continuos loop of followup calls from me. Received bed after 8-10 days, cupboard after 13-14 days and sofa was a complete havoc, received it after almost 27-28 days that too was not what was promised and a simple statement by owner was “furniture line me thoda upar niche rehta hi hai”. The sofa I have received has holes, for which I am still following up and not getting a resolution on 15 May 2026 The owner Pankaj is completely unprofessional business person. 1. In this whole 1-1.5 months I have never received a single callback from this guy. I called him twice daily which he would pick up once in 2-3 days, no callback. 2. When I confronted this his simple answer was “ baat ho to gayi thi fir me hi hello karne ke liye kyu call karu” 3 and his baat here will be, everytime he picks up he mentions, everything is on track , ready, and by tomorrow it will be at your doorstep. The tomorrow never comes as it is in furniture line. 4 While taking order the photo you give he will say directly yes we can do this, I had shown him a photo and it was agreed. Next day due to some changes I requested for another design for which photo was provided. I personally visiting him so that no confusion would be left in this. But as it happens in furniture line the delivery was completely different. While he mentions it is totally same just that he hasn’t used brass. I am attaching the ask and delivered photos. While I am not able to get the similarities do check before ordering if you can see the similarities 5 Sofa we had ordered was commercially agreed at 3000/feet. So we agreed on a 7 feet sofa. I paid 21000 for this. Now when it has been delivered it is end to end 76 inches. Which is 6 feet 4 inches. When confronted the owner mentioned even if it is 6’1 money is counted for 7 feet. My final take order from here at your own risk but get everything cleared at the start and most importantly don’t pay upfront. We also had a verbal fight on the not picking call at his shop and the simple sentence I mentioned was I have paid you and I am just asking for the service I was promised and atleast an answer. To which this amazing guy replied paying me doesn’t mean I am your servant. So if you order and you ask for a status, he can only provide that if he is a servant. He is a grand owner he doesn’t need to provide you any answer
