The centre doesn't open as per timings stated on website and shop door. Very casual attitude. Even after opening the centre the staff is not on spot

I visited the shop (Maker Arcade) for a blood test. I got in waited about 5 minutes. It's a tiny shop so it would be quite obvious if anyone was around. No body was present and while I was waiting I saw a cockroach roaming around the lab as I got up, it scurried away into the testing section and amongst the lab equipment. I have serious doubts about the level of hygiene at this clinic. The location is also marked incorrectly. It is inside the shopping center.
