I love coming here because the food is always delicious and everything is so clean. 😋 The staff is really great too, always friendly. They handled a food issue I had wonderfully, even giving me a free replacement and a complementary dish! 🙌Even we tried to pay for the food replacement but they didn't accept even after forcing and said it was from our side, What amazing service! This place is a real gem. ✨ Definitely recommend! 👍 Just thought the public should know this beautiful gesture of this place. Thank you Madras Cafe

Madras Cafe is truly a hidden gem, especially considering its location in such an expensive area. If you are looking for value for money, delicious food, and warm hospitality, this place is absolutely worth visiting. We had lunch here and ordered a Veg Thali and a Dosa, and the total bill was just ₹315, which felt very reasonable for the quality and quantity served. The food was fresh, tasty, and had an authentic South Indian flavor. What impressed us the most was their hospitality. Without even asking, the staff served us extra sambar after noticing that two people were sharing the dosa. Small gestures like this really make the dining experience special and show how much they care about their customers. Overall, I would highly recommend everyone to visit Madras Cafe, enjoy the food, and experience their excellent hospitality.

This is a serious hygiene concern. I expected better quality control from the hotel. Please check your kitchen and storage practices. Disappointed. *2. Blunt and direct* Rating: 1/5 *Title*: Found an Insect in Food Packet *Review*: Unacceptable. Found a dead insect in the sheera upma mix served by the hotel. Had to throw the entire packet away. This is a basic food safety failure. Will not be ordering again and cannot recommend to others until hygiene improves. *3. Short version for Google/Zomato* Rating: 1/5 Found a kida/insect in the hotel's sheera upma mix. Very poor hygiene standards. Avoid. *Tips before posting*: 1. *Take a photo/video* of the kida in the mix with the packet visible. Hotels respond faster when there’s proof. 2. *Report to the manager first*. Sometimes they’ll compensate or apologize quickly if you contact them directly. 3. *Mention if it was sealed* - “found in sealed packet” hits harder than “found in served food” because it shows packaging/storage issue.
