I attended a workshop organised by SIMSREE and was satisfied with the hospitality, politeness of non teaching as well as the teaching staff. They implement what they preach ie. Management, and do it gracefully.

I am giving this college 1 star only because of the visiting faculty. I completed just my first year of undergrad here and then changed college โ which turned out to be the best decision. This college was a horrible experience, especially because of the staff and the coordinator. They are not strict โ they are rude, inhuman, and extremely egoistic for no reason. It functions exactly like a typical government college. A colossal waste of time. Iโm genuinely grateful I left when I did. I have had strict teachers in school, but they were always polite and professional. Here, the main faculty and staff were openly rude. I had some pending documentation work (which shouldnโt have been required since I was already a student). I went two days later, was told it wouldnโt be done, and still showed up every day at the HODโs office for two weeks between 12โ5 PM. I apologized formally with a signed letter. I traveled 2 hours every day just to get this sorted, and the HOD literally slammed the door in my face everytime . I was just 18 years old. Thankfully, I changed colleges within two weeks after that. It was a completely toxic environment. Lectures were scheduled from 12โ5 PM, but after traveling 2 hours to attend, we would often be informed that the lectures were cancelled. There was no way to give feedback because of the extremely rude and egoistic HOD. Even parents of first-year students noticed how arrogant and disrespectful the HOD was. The staff was horrible โ lazy, unhelpful, and irresponsible. Nothing was ever done on time. Getting just one signature for a basic document from the principal (who comes every day) took an entire month because of the staff and they still did not do it . When I approached the principalโs assistant, he told me I could meet her anytime she was free. I went and the principal signed it in five minutes. The problem was clearly the staff and hod's, not the principal. When I went to get my leaving certificate signed, another HOD(Senior one) taunted me about restarting somewhere else. I simply said it was better to leave a toxic environment, and it truly was. The college I eventually graduated from was actually good, and I am so glad I escaped this place as soon as possible. Letโs ignore the staff, but the main coordinators will say harsh words that will break your self-confidence. When I had left the college and just came to complete last formalities the Senior hod exactly said, " Restarting again, itโs such a waste of time, waste of everything." Imagine this one reply coming from the main hod a complete toxic environment. The HOD are not strict, they are rude, ruthless, merciless and we have to beg for everything. Fortunately, most of my first year was during COVID, so I was saved from experiencing more of this chaos โ except for the last two months, which were enough to show me how bad things were. Please do not enroll in any course here, especially not management courses. They will make you suffer. The only good thing about this college was the visiting faculty. They were excellent, understood our concerns, and genuinely tried to help โ but they had no authority since it was a government college. I realized the truth the hard way, after going through two miserable months. Even the student crowd wasnโt much of an issue โ 99% of the problems came from the HOD and staff. Fortunately, I got a lot time after joining my new college and with their support did a lot of things and upskilled my experience and myself. A tip for recently 12th grade pass, please if you do not get into any college, take a gap but do not enroll here, this college will leave you mentally disturbed. I have faced it. It took a full 4 months for me to recover. For BMS do not even enroll. Only if you are planning to study abroad or in another city next year and don't want to waste a year then for time pass you can enroll because literally that is the only thing that is done. Horrible management
