Would like to share my extreme disappointing feedback about Shaman Dealership with regards to service department. I have given my car for yearly service and repair of a small dent. With my unfortunate experience, a job which was promised to be delivered in 3 days, is not been done even after 13 days. Misguidance, false promises, fake freebies and taking customer for a ride giving petty excuses is a system here. Mr Rohan Tambe at shaman churchgate has given a very unacceptable unprofessional behaviour by the way of displaying his above cheap customer service tricks. I have had several experiences with other dealerships of luxury cars, however we have never come across such a “feel foolish” experience with we experienced at Shaman. I feel sorry for Mercedes Benz to have chosen such unprofessional dealership. My feedback to you is to review your renewals for future consideration to enlighten the Benz brand rather giving a bad name.
