I have been their regular customer for the last 4 years or so. From day 1 all their staff and cashiers have been most attentive and helpful. I have relished almost everything I have tasted or bought here . The quality of the ingredients comes through in every bite. If I have not liked something it is a matter of personal taste.

First the plus points.The wide variety of snacks and the way it is arranged adds a lot of visual appeal. Most shocking is the use of Palmolein oil for all these fried snacks inspite of charging a premium. They are loaded with transfat. Many snacks manufacturers have shifted to healthier oils. Unless oil is changed ,will not visit again

The staff is highly impolite and don’t know how to behave with customers. They sell samosa and expect customers to bring their own plates and eat it outside the shop. They don’t disclose this upfront and asks you to get the stuff billed. Post they have collected the payment, on your repeat request, they will tell you that they don’t give plates and cutlery. Upon contemplating that this should have been informed earlier, they said chalo ek paper plate le lo, aap bhi kya yaad rakhoge. Most shameful bunch of people I have ever seen. Don’t trust me, just visit and experience it for yourself.
